After being referred to Select Telecom through a personal contact, Nicholas H. Fingelly Real Estate considered multiple options offered by ShoreTel, NEC, and Avaya. Installation of the new system and 32 phones was completed swiftly and efficiently over two days. “The installation experience was awesome,” Michael recalls. “Jerry [Moscariello, VP and Project Manager] and the guys were here past 5:00 PM on both days making sure that everything got done. We had some programming issues here and there, but everything pretty much went off without a hitch.”
The company then completed a one day training session with Account Manager Danielle Crawford. “Danielle was great – we owe her a big thanks,” says Michael. “In addition to coordinating our entire project and conducting our in-person training, she also left us with a ton of handouts that have been very helpful as we adjust to the new system.”
In the end, everyone at Nicholas H. Fingelly Real Estate is very satisfied with the company’s decision to upgrade to the ShoreTel system. As Michael reflects, “The biggest thing goes back to the features. The voicemail-to-email really helps us a lot. People just love it all.”
And most importantly, the company got to experience Select Telecom’s legendary customer service firsthand. “The service was just great,” Michael explains. “That’s why we went with Select. They were very hands-on and expertly guided us through the whole process. It was just what we wanted and needed.”
